Hi folks. In this video I show and explain how I built a custom battery & enclosure for my new kWeld DIY spot welder that I purchased from Keenlab. If you're interested, you can find the .stl files for 3d printing the custom enclosure below, along with links for the kWeld spot welder and 38120 battery cells that I used. The enclosure requires #6x5/8" screws to assemble. Hi! awesome enclosure. Any chance you can share the CAD files? I would like to make some adjustments to the case and add the KCap in-between the KWeld and the batteries. In essence slightly enlarge the box and add other mount/anchor points. I will reshare the files with you when done...
